  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Returns will be reviewed before approval, and Myro Gear reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet our criteria.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, follow these steps:

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  3. If approved, we will arrange for the return shipping process.


3. Refund Policy

  • Since we operate on a cash-on-delivery (COD) basis, refunds are not issued.

  • In case of a return approval, we offer:

    • Replacement of the same item, if available.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or not in their original condition.

  • Any item reported beyond the 48-hour return window.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed and processed.

  • If you refuse to accept the COD order upon delivery, Myro Gear may restrict future orders from your account.
